Sudin Group has been established in 1989 by Mr. Shahajirao Kale, propritor of the Company. Who has 29 years experience in sugar industry. We registered our firms name as a supplier of old and new machineries, turn key projects drawing – designing, maintenance fabrication and erection works. This group has bright Past from 1950.

Sudin is a group of synergistic and symbiotic specialists and experts in sugar. Team of experience technocrats actively involved in the company management to provide the quality service as a goal. Each and every person from our organization is to provide a quality service or add value to products. Management of company has followed to act as Four P (4 P) i.e. Proper Planning, Proper Purchasing, Proper Costing and Proper Marketing. To provide Knowledge, Technology, Tools and Customized solutions to clients to enable them to achieve a competitive edge and to make them out to perform in all facts of their business.

Sudin has always kept in mind Four “M” i.e. Man, machine, Money and Management at the time of working with machinery. Poor management , lack of integrity/division of funds, poor utilization of production capacity, Inadequate quality control, poor labour relations, lack of market planning, faulty costing, lack of confidence, Lack of loyalty, Lack of Professionalism are the main reasons to become a sick unit or closer of industry. To sort out the problems of sick units we started to purchase sick units, modify it and handover the sick unit with working condition to the party, who is in interest to run the factory. Generally we are carrying our such type of jobs of sugar industry, plastics, milk product, rice mill, bakery products, refinery, spinning mill, cold storage, minaral water, agricultural unit and rubber unit etc.
